This event stood out as a seminal gathering, championing female leadership, entrepreneurship, and personal growth. This event also celebrated the outstanding leadership of four women in the county’s police department.

Evolving into a symbol of empowerment and community, the Women’s Impact Luncheon provided participants with an exceptional opportunity to partake in profound discussions on leadership, business innovation, and the journey to personal fulfillment. This dynamic platform allowed influential figures to recount their experiences navigating the challenges of diverse industries in order to leave a lasting impact.
The panel this year was graced with the presence of remarkable women like Tina Douglas, Sharelle Rosado, and Jasmine Glover, each a testament to resilience, wisdom, and success. Their stories of triumphs and hurdles provided rich insights and inspiration for anyone aspiring to make an impact in both their professional and personal realms. Tina Douglas is the mother of platinum selling artist, Ashanti, who shared her story of being her momager and how she overcame the male dominated industry. Sharelle Rosado is TV personality from the hit Netflix show, Selling Tampa and owner of Allure Reality, who stories were very inspirational.

The luncheon was elevated by the masterful hosting of media personality Supa Cindy, from 99Jamz and CBS Personality Chelsea Jones, whose engaging presence brought an additional layer of excitement. Their role went beyond hosting; they conducted an enlightening interview with the celebrated artist Fantasia, and presented awards to our city leaders, highlighting the luncheon’s dedication to recognizing transformative leadership and community impact. They also recognized and gave a tribute to Mayor Gibson for incorporating my home-town of Miami Gardens. Pastor Richelle Williams from Jesus People Ministries also led a heartfelt prayer, adding a spiritual touch to the occasion.
